REFUNDS
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
- 1. If the garment arrives damaged. The amount will be processed once we receive the garment back.
- 2. If the order is cancelled before we begin production.
- 3. If there is an issue in production from our end.
RETURNS
Each broderie piece is made to order. We start production of each piece once the order is placed and confirmed by the client. Hence it makes it very difficult for us to accept returns. In the following cases returns will be accepted.
- - If there is an issue in production from our end
- - The garment has arrived defective.
PROCESS
- 1. For return of a defective item you must notify ByBroderie within 72 hours of receipt of the product.
- 2. To notify ByBroderie, write to us at info@bybroderie.com with your return or exchange request. Please include your order details (Order number/ order confirmation email) and details of the piece you would like to return or exchange and your reason for doing so.
- 3. We will write back to you with a return authorization and further details on how to process your return or exchange.
- 4. Please pack all pieces with all tags intact, in their original packing. If the original tags have been removed or tampered with, we won’t be able to process your return.
- 5. Once we have received the item, we will check it to make sure it is in good condition and eligible for returns. Thereafter, we will credit your account within 5 to 7 working days the amount paid for the piece.
- 6. We do not accept returns or exchange for the products which are Made to Order or Made to Measure.
- 7. Within India, we would refund the full amount paid. For International Orders, we would not be able to refund Shipping Charges or import duties, customs fees or local taxes paid by you.
