SHIPPING POLICY

(A) DELIVERIES WITHIN INDIA

For all orders within India, shipping is free. Orders within India take 3 - 4 weeks to be delivered.

(B) INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

For International deliveries, the charges depend on the location. International orders take 4 - 5 weeks to be delivered.

PLEASE NOTE :- Taxes and Duties depend on your Shipping Destination. VAT, Custom, and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be levied as per rules and regulations set forth by your government.

(C) DELIVERY TIME

Production of garments depends on the intricacy of the item purchased. It could take 2 weeks to a month to make the garments after which the order will be shipped.

Production time of the order starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with ByBroderie and all necessary documentation, relating to transportation, tax, etc. as may be reasonably requested for by ByBroderie are completed. Within India all of ByBroderie’s orders are shipped from Mumbai, India to your provided shipping address via our delivery partners. Processing the order normally takes 4-5 working days and then shipping within Indian normally takes 3-4 Weeks, the estimated delivery time is 6-7 working days, however in some special cases there may be delays.

For international users the estimated delivery time is 4-5 weeks once the order is processed.
